Clients, bookings, invoices, and finances — all in one place. Built for the solo operator who runs lean and performs alone.
Named for a machine built to perform alone.
The name has a story
1912 — The Stutz Bearcat
The Stutz Bearcat was stripped to its essentials — no doors, no windshield, no excess. Just raw performance. It set land speed records and dominated early American racing not because it had the most resources, but because everything unnecessary had been cut away. A machine that proved one operator, running lean, could outperform a field.
1944 — The Grumman F8F Bearcat
Grumman's F8F Bearcat was designed with one goal: give a single pilot maximum performance with minimum aircraft. It had the fastest rate of climb of any piston fighter ever built. A sole pilot in a Bearcat could take off, engage, and dominate — without a wing to lean on. Everything about it said: one person, fully equipped, is enough.
That's what Bearcat is for. Not the agency. Not the 20-person team. The solo operator who runs their own business, wears every hat, and needs a system that performs as hard as they do.
